but the emails get thru and I don't see any thing that won't catch
these to go to /dev/null that I have specified. The emails are getting

Do you have sendmail installed have access to your etc/mail/access file?
If you do, a better way to deal with morphing spammers like azoogle and
their likes is like this.
Add the following to your /etc/mail/access
Note: I used error code 550 which some may not prefer to use.
