Make sure that you absolutely don't receive legitimate emails with word
(medical research, ..etc), and then you can use this.
For subject line.
:0
* ^Subject:.*(viagra)
/dev/null
For body.
:0
* B ?? ()\/(viagra)
/dev/null
Although I don't recommend /dev/null but that should do it.
