Thanks for catching this Sean, we've removed the tarball and started replacing
external files with links. The webpage hasn't been published outside
this list yet, but I encourage anyone who downloaded the old tarball to
remove their copy and use the new tarball when it comes out.
Btw, do you have any preferences on how to reference your website?
For example, should I list PSE as the author, or your name? Currently I'm
doing it like this:
Sean Straw, "Procmail Disclaimer"
http://www.professional.org/procmail/disclaimer.html
