procmail for windows/mac?

	I had someone ask me this question today and I don't rightly know the 
answer.  Is there a procmail or procmail like system for use on windows or 
Mac?  I looked at the homepage, and unless I'm totally blind I didn't see 
anything.  Anyone have an answer to this?  Many thanks.
