Date-Header Years-In-The-PAST-Or-Future problem

Hello, 

around each day I get Hessages from broken Senders... 
Mean from 1970 or from 2010... 

They do not like to corcet there system time so I need a solution !

Firs of all I am using on my new system and because I will drop the 
development of Dos and Win... I will use only Mutt with Maildir. 

Mail mailstructur is following:

~/Maildir/procmail/2003-07/cur
                           new
                           tmp

Now I like to filter the messages in the right folder with procmail 
and if a YYYY-MM forlder does not exist, it must be created automaticly. 

Question 1:     How can I create automaticly folders ?

Quesion 2:      How can I correct the broken Date-Headers ?
                (I do not like to have Mailboxes from 1970 to 2028)
