recipe to drop spam depending on numerical hits score

Ehlo everyone ;)

I hope that it's very possible to drop (into the bottomless pit) mail
that have been tagged as spam with a certail score.

SpamAssassin puts a header like this:

X-Spam-Status: No, hits=0.8 required=5.0

Does someone have an efficient recipe that can be used to drop such mail
if the score is a numerical value, NN? And I also think it is possible
to compare the value with another from a file (or DB) for some users,
such that we have

*: 10
user1: 7
user2: 8
user3: 9


Quite complicated???
