Reply then Delete All Messages

I need a script that'll send out an automated reply to either the
"From:" or "Reply-To:" address, then delete the incoming message.

I'm currently using a vacation autoresponder, and a .forward file with
the single line: "| /dev/null"

This seems to work, but I'd prefer to do it in procmail.
