You can use the virtusertable catchall feature to send it to an alias,
that sends it to a pipe:

    virtusertable:
    @domain.tld    bounce_alias

The LHS of this of course will take precedence over users who exist locally or which are defined in aliases, so unless you want to explicitly list all the valid addresses at each domain in the virtusertable file, I suspect that this isn't an appropriate way to achieve the desired result.

comp.mail.sendmail seems like a spiffy place to pose questions relating to the configuration of SENDMAIL.
