You mean, like _as_ the messages arrive for local delivery? Do you _read_
the procmail list? There's a _CURRENT_ thread on this very topic (which
itself is an nth-generation rehash). You might want to read up on the
other thread.
If you're trying to use procmail to automatically REprocess MAILDIR stuff,
you're already looking at needing a shell invocation to run it multiple
times, and procmail has to call sed or fetchmail to effect the change, so a
shell script works well enough - except that YOUR sed script doesn't ensure
that it is actually a Subject: line being rewritten...
