I was going through some PROCMAIL .cf files and came across this line:
SECURITY_NOTIFY=${SECURITY_NOTIFY:-"postmaster"}
This is similar to another line that I saw (and changed) on a different file
some time back. I thought it was a "placeholder" some kind, but now it
appears it's an actual "variable assignment." But I can't figure out from
context what it means.
Can someone help me out here?
