Well, let's start with the assumption that you're posting to the procmail list because you're using procmail to filter your email.

Next, let's assume that by "mail log" you mean the system mail log (commonly /var/log/maillog).

Now, let's focus on your ~/procmailrc. do you have a LOGFILE defined in it? do you have VERBOSE=ON set in it? What does your log say?

Have you checked the system mailspool? You know, where messages might queue up because of a temporary failure with procmail? Are you positive the messages aren't being BOUNCED back to the sender (you say you've sent a message from another webmail account, but you give no indication that you've checked that account's inbox).

Have you checked to see what files in your mail system or home directory have changed since that time? File permissions for instance.

If this is YOUR box, until you've sorted where your mail is going, you should consider firewalling the SMTP service so that your system isn't accepting messages from the outside world and failing to deliver them. At least then, senders will requeue, or deliver to your backup MX (provided that you have one). You can conduct tests locally with your SMTP and when you've sorted things, undo the firewall rule to let external mail traffic in.
