I have my mail server referencing SPAMHAUS  and it takes care of
roughly 98% of these types of emails.

These are "zombies" - there are many variants, but they are designed to do one thing: confuse Bayesian filters.

IMHO it makes no sense to attempt procmail recipes to filter these. Either delete them after delivery, or use a dnsbl to block the swine that send them.
