Probably. You have an anchor in your phrase: "^". This means
(effectively) that the following phrases must match at the beginning
of a line. If you want to match:
MS Customer
your recipe will match. If you want to match:
beloved MS Customer
your recipe will not match because of the anchor (i.e., MS Customer
does not appear at the beginning of the line).
