At that point it was about the Elm filter program but it evolved
to cover procmail and eventually became the Procmail Quick Start!

As another little tidbit, from
http://www.procmail.org/procmail.HISTORY.html, weighted scoring on
conditions celebrated its 10'th Birthday on June 14, which allowed
Baysian statistics to be used in scoring conditionals; and the
procmail program will celebrate its 14'th Birthday on December 7'th,
(at least that's when 1.0 was released.)

Sendmail and Bind are often quoted as being the most used Open Source
programs on the Internet-but those Sendmail/DNS programs push a lot of
instances of procmail, too.

BTW, the HISTORY file has very few bug fixes-most of it involves
enhancements. Quite a tribute to the original coding done by BuGless,
(AKA Stephen van den Berg.)
