I thought so, too and tried to write to the users home. The thing was
that I wasn't able to create files bigger than 50 MB - exactly what
the posfix-limit is. Is there another limit somewhere in procmail?
I believe you are looking for 'ulimit'
man ulimit
ulimit -a <user_name>
thanks for this hint, but there is no limit here. The problem ist, that
procmail just don't write to the mbox file if it is too big. The
procmail.log in verbose mode says:
procmail: Locking "/home/domains/domain.de/m-user/mbox.lock"
procmail: Assigning "LASTFOLDER=/home/domains/domain.de/m-user/mbox"
procmail: Opening "/home/domains/domain.de/m-user/mbox"
procmail: Acquiring kernel-lock
procmail: Error while writing to "/home/domains/domain.de/m-user/mbox"
procmail: Truncated file to former size
procmail: Unlocking "/home/domains/domain.de/m-user/mbox"
[...] trying to deliver the mail to default mailbox
Folder: **Bounced**
3035727
procmail: Notified comsat: "m-user@:**Bounced**"
Any hints? Who causes the "Error while writing to ..."? What can I do? - I
do not have user quotas...
Thanks,
Rapha
