Not directly right, because I like to decode iso-8859-1, iso-8859-15 and
Windows-1252 for further use.

Question: How must I quote "=?ISO-8859-1?q?" that it works ?
I have tried "\=\?ISO-8859-1\?q\?" but it does not work. :-(
I think this is better : "=?ISO-8859-1?q?" - as sed only does basic regex'es, +
and ? don't exist and you can use them directly.
