I have need to rec[ei]ve emails to a particular address and add some
text to the email body and forward this email to another address.
How about a Forward-as-attachment? Create a completely new message
with the old message as the only attachment.
Alternatively, if you know a marker in the first plain-text part
of the message, you could use that to inject (maybe with sed)
your text positioned relative to (the first occurrence of) that
marker.
