Well, that recipe looks okay to me, except that you don't need the
H flag (that's the default) and setting it explicitly could cause
a problem due to a known bug. So take the H out.

In the log procmail I see that
- - - -
procmail: Match on
"(^((Original-)?(Resent-)?(To|Cc|Bcc)|(X-Envelope|Apparently(-Resent)?)
-To):(.*[^-a-zA-Z0-9_.])?)gianluca(_at_)hotpop(_dot_)com" procmail: Executing
"/usr/bin/formail,-i,Subject: ACCOUNT_DISABLE gianluca at hotpop.com"
procmail: Assigning "LASTFOLDER=/usr/lib/cyrus-imapd/deliver -a -m

procmail: Assigning "HOST"
procmail: HOST mismatched "locarno"

Your mail logs, which I've deleted here, don't tell me much, except

You can see to=<gianluca(_at_)localhost(_dot_)homelinux(_dot_)org> instead of
gianm.homelinux.org

I dont' understand why the mail is sent to localhost
bye
