Well, that recipe looks okay to me, except that you don't need the
H flag (that's the default) and setting it explicitly could cause
a problem due to a known bug. So take the H out.

I don't understand why you are showing us a recipe that changes
the Subject and asking us why it doesn't deliver properly. The
recipe you've shown has noting to do with delivery. It is not
a delivering recipe! It only changes the Subject. What you
have *not* show, down below that recipe quoted above, is the
delivering recipe that attempts to send to cyrus-imapd. And
it is obviously erroring out. As to why it does or doesn't
do certain things, we can't tell without seeing the recipe itself.
