But Gerald makes a good point in that it's best with lists to

<farsitex-user.lists.sourceforge.net>

are both excellent candidates.

Neither of those matches what GoogleKreme wrote. You are missing
the ":" after "^TO_". I honestly don't know if it makes a
difference as I'm super tired right now [. . .]

I'll add that I essentially never use the ^TO_/^TO macros,
preferring more specifically coded regexes. But I know plenty
use them, and I wouldn't want to say one shouldn't. It's just
a personal preference.

That's why I couldn't remember off the top of my head if the colon were
required. About the only macros I have ever used are ^FROM_DAEMON and
^FROM_MAILER. And I don't see either of those in my current .procmailrc.

If I'm interested in matching on a header it's generally a SPECIFIC header.
It the mail was addressed TO me I want one thing done with it. If it was
CC:d to me then I want to do something else with it. If it doesn't appear
to have been for me at all (Bcc:) then that's another case entirely.

This, and 4 or 5 other lists I'm on are the only ones to use a single
address across multiple lists now. All my other lists are now sorted into a
"list folder" with a "private folder" beneath it. If someone from a list
sends me an offlist email I know which list they got it from. Same with
spam/virus if they start popping up. I know who to notify.

Now I just need to split my .procmailrc into multiple files. It's REALLY
ugly and long right now.

New all virtual mail server operational. Virus scanning operational.
Spamassassin operational. Now I just need to figure a clean way to set up
per-user SA settings using SQL and Amavisd-New and decide whether to turn
on bayes or not.
