Matee, please don't top-post, and do cut text that is not
or no longer relevant. Capitals and interpunction help too.
I am having trouble with the check that renames the files
to BOGUS.$LOGFILE.sid.
Is that $LOGFILE a literal part of the filename? I guess not,
see 'man procmail', and look for BOGUS. (Did you mean $LOGNAME?)
Check what the values of $ORGMAIL and $DEFAULT are,
at the start of the .procmailrc.
VERBOSE = 'on'
SHOWME = "$ORGMAIL"
SHOWME = "$DEFAULT"
Fix the underlying issue.
Maybe the user's over-quota, or there's an ownership problem
with the files in question, or ...?
No quota for the users.
In /var/spool/mail is a user file that is soft linked to
/home/$site/mail/$username,
permissions are all open and were correct for 3.13.1.
The problem started when I upgraded to 3.15.
What is in the .procmailrc? Is delivery to
/home/$site/mail/$LOGNAME (the file)
(And is that /home/$site/mail/ mounted at delivery time?)
or to
/var/spool/mail/mbox-of-$LOGNAME (the softlink)
?
