Im certainly not the resident expert on this list, but I believe
cat mbox | `which procmail`
should do the trick. Run it under the account whose rc file you want to
use.
It will take the mbox as one big email message. You must
split it by formail as Sean suggested. Use "-s" flag for
Splitting.
