The condition-line is strange. The ^TO_ macro is for specific addresses.
This is normally better:
* ^TO_php-general(_at_)lists\(_dot_)php\(_dot_)net
Alternative:
* ^TOphp-general(_at_)lists\(_dot_)php\(_dot_)net
So I guess i should insert that into a procmailrc file on my server
(at 'etc/' )
Question: Why not in the ~/.procmailrc of the specific user?
* ^TO_(_dot_)*whatever(_at_)host(_dot_)org # i changed this one ;)
A condition line can not have a comment like that.
