but the E-Mail never reach its destination

Could it be that the sender of the mail you are sending is
"root(_at_)your(_dot_)computer" instead of weirdsecret(_at_)freenet(_dot_)de, 
and the
other side throws away messages that do not come from the correct
sender?

Maybe add a -f flag to sendmail:
        ... | sendmail -f weirdsecret(_at_)freenet(_dot_)de -t
