My concern with this is that if I sent you an email with the suubject line 
as follows:

subject:  Regarding your question about [SPAM] in the subject line

would you want to send it to /dev/null?

I use 

# deliver spam assassin detected spam
:0 :
* ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
IN.zzzz.spam.assassin
