Goal: if the text portion of a multipart message is < 10k,
I want to forward to my handheld...
So, I need to figure out a good way to extract the text portion
of a multipart message, reattach the header, and then forward away.
I found some decent recipes to accomplish most of that here:

I'll probably go with this (it does require that I compile
a small pascal script, which means I need to download and install
freepascal), BUT, I wanted to ask here if anyone has anything a bit
more compact...
