Later you will be able to check the $LID by:

* LID ?? fedora
...
It seems that I was trying to do it the hard way. Making the rule
List-ID: .*fedora-test-list
works. Thanks for the suggestion.

When you write to mailling list try to do it in plan-text, please.
That must have been the GPG signature. I've removed it.
