Yes, the logs are important. Also more details about the
/etc/procmailrc, like whether there is a DROPPRIVS='yes' above these
lines.
The logs don't show relevant informations.
They should, so you need to show more, if not all, of your
/etc/procmailrc. Put some copy of it on the Web somewhere and post the
URL.
Are there lines like
DROPPRIVS = 'yes'
and
LOGFILE = '/some-path/etc_procmailrc.log'
VERBOSE = 'on'
LOGABSTRACT = 'all'
in your /etc/procmailrc ?
Is the log-file writable enough?

Your From-condition will both trigger on the From_ postmark line, and
