I want to assign "labels" to messages using a procmail recipe.
That means "storing keywords on the imap message on the imap server".

How would a procmail recipe do this?
The concept of adding a header is as simple as using a formail filter
and attaching whatever defined header you want. (man formail for details)
That being said, and reading your link. I don't think The results you
want will be acomplished by adding these headers. a) they've said
that they wouldn't necessarily read them from an imap store. b)
they're moving away from fixed list.
Yes, adding an x-mozilla... header is a piece of cake... but the imap
keyword thing is said to continue working. Yes, they said they wouldn't
necessarily read the x-mozilla headers from imap, but would continue to
use the keyword concept and .msf files.
Someone else pointed me to a google hit.. I'll follow that lead.
