Howdy folks;

Is there a way to capture _ALL_ sendmail output to the internet, pipe
it through
procmail, and then pipe it back to sendmail for output to the net?

Definitivly NO!

You need a setup like those one from ISP's with more then one MTA.

Exactly:

        Client send messages
    ->  1st SMTP-Relay
    -> ignore RCP and send to procmail
    -> Filter in procmail what ever you want
    -> pipe it to the Outgoing SMTP-Relay
        which send to the Destination...

Setup "iptabeles" in your Internet connenction to bother your
customers not to send messages directly to the internet and
MUST PASS via your 1st SMTP-Relay.

This is, what we use at the french army for which I am working.
