Some header fields are not allowed to exist more than once, see
RFC-2822: Date, From, Sender, Reply-To, To, Cc, Bcc, Message_ID,
References, Subject.

occupies one or more header lines. The second and higher header lines of
a header field start with whitespace, that should be removed when
unfoldding."
