I've been saving this in my procmail-list inbox.  I was on vacation on
the date in question.  It seems that nobody addressed this "Skipped"
issue in follow-ups.  At least, I didn't see any that did.

Brett, "Skipped" is an error report in the log.  It is not normal
or expected.  It means something was wrong with the syntax of your
rcfile.  Probably you have that pipe alone on a line without a
leading ":0" to start the recipe.  Other possibilities include an
unmatched quotation mark or brace.
