normally syntax is style

$FUNCTIONPATH=$HOME/mail/* : /var/mail/*

but there I did not include/understand the way

I am having a hard time understanding what you are after.
If you just want named lockfiles, then name the lockfile.


 :0 flags: $OTHERLOCK$LOCKEXT
 * conditions
 folder

(LOCKEXT is predefined in your procmail binary.)

Have you read the man pages?  "man procmailrc"; "man procmailex"
