I am not familiar with postfix but under sendmail the way to do it
would surely be just to set up an alias in /etc/mail/aliases rather than
using procmail.
Hmm, not a bad idea. Postfix uses /etc/aliases similar to sendmail's, then
just run newaliases after changes are made.
