Recipient Account as a Variable

I do not care what the To: actually says, but can I somehow pull the
physical account the email is going to get delivered to and have that
in a variable accessible by my procmail recipe?  Or, if not the
physical account, at least the finalized email address that's going to
be translated by the user table for delivery?
