Hi,

What's wrong with this:

[snip]

If manually invoking procmail causes it to _work_, then apparently, the
rcfile is ok, and you should be seeking to learn why procmail either isn't
being run by your MTA (is it even configured as LDA?), or your .procmailrc
isn't being used (a global procmailrc is taking precedence and delivering
WITHIN that script perhaps?)

/etc/postfix/main.cf
mailbox_command = /usr/bin/procmail

If, without your personal .procmailrc, your messages are being tagged with
locally-generated SA headers (versus from an upstream mailhost -- you
provided NO information about your configuration), then your system is
already invoking SA, and you'd do well to discover HOW.

BTW, "DROPPRIVS" is only applicable to the global procmailrc, which is
processed with elevated permissions (i.e. intended to be able to do things
which the user for which the message is being delivered may not be able to).
You should clarify if the rcfile you posted was a personal rcfile
($HOME/.procmailrc), or the global procmailrc (/etc/procmailrc or
/etc/local/procmailrc, depending upon your system).

This is a /etc/procmailrc (global) file.
