Just to let people know this hack:
The fix is to set the x bit by chmod u+x on the user's mbox. Alternatively
you can also apparently change procmail's built-in behavior of changing the
mbox file permissions before you compile it by making some changes is a
certain header file. Anyway ... it'll all here:
