This is NOT right, because if someone EMPTY its spamfolder, it is
automaticaly removed, which mean, the next time SPAM arrives it is not
more saved to the folder a user expect...
In fact, it will fail if Mail does not exist, which is quite common
since user's inboxes are in /var/mail/
Not realy, since ~/Mail or ~/Maildir/{tmp,cur,new} are normaly installed
through /etc/skel/ by the sysadmin and IF the sysadmin consider to
install courier-imap and the USERS have SHELL access, mostly the
Sysadmin install ~/Maildir/ which is the default location for courier
since coirier can not handel "mailbox" under /var/mail/.
