This log does not refer to either of the two RC files listed in your
aliases example.... It actually looks like you might have *another* line
defining 'it:' in /etc/aliases...... (where did the 'QUEUE=' come from?)
And also don't miss the fact that the -m option can change the userid
running procmail.... "if no security violations are found, (procmail
will) take on the identity of the owner of the rcfile (or symbolic link)".
