That doesn't seem right to me. You shouldn't be catting anything in procmail.
procmail: Executing "/usr/bin/python,/sb_filter.py,-f,-p,/hammiedb.pck"
This also doesn't look right. It looks to me like python is trying to execute
/sb_filter.py and I doubt your file is at the root of the file system.
