The lack of loops in the procmailrc "language" makes "no" the obvious
answer, but I thought there might be a trick the assembled experts know.
It supports pipes. Pipes can do what they want. Pipes I use have
been shells. Cant think why they couldnt be C programs. So dynamic
as U want. If not the answer you wanted, you'll need to tighter
specify what you want.
