Eskimo.com sounds just like what you're looking for. Bob's been hosting
the site since the late 1980s, very Unix/Linux/Procmail friendly. Wrote
my own spam filters using procmail+sed back before Spamassassin and friends
existed. Shell acct comes with two free Smartlist mailing lists (basically
a wrapper around procmail). Very friendly, very secure. I feel lucky to
have this rare resource.
