DNS record types are integers 0-255, right? The spf draft recommends
using an SPF record type or a TXT record if that's not available.
Do we have a number for the SPF record type, or are we waiting on the IANA?
FWIW, djbdns allows arbitrary record types to be specified in hex.
Not sure what bind does.
