an error while updating stuff. I have not heard of any discussion of
such a mechanism.
Secondly, can the SPF protocol now be considered frozen? If not, when
do we expect it to be?
Meng said the spec is frozen. I don't think it is a good idea to make
any incompatible changes and there needs to be a good reason for any
change.
