You don't really need to set up SPF for these PCs.  No legitimate
domain owner will explicitly list them as valid sources of email.
Spammers might list them, but then the spammer's domain could easily
be blacklisted via a RHSBL.


Proposals such as MTA Mark allow people to say which IP address should
be able to send email.  While this is an interesting idea, I think
that is not a very good solution.  If an organization wants to block
port 25 from IP addresses, it would be far better to block the port at
the boarder rather than publish information that other people have to
consume bandwidth checking and then rejecting the port 25 traffic.
