libspf v0.19 pre-beta is available for download from: http://libspf.org
Review the CHANGELOG included to see whats different.
Those of you in in SPF-DISCUSS, I do not plan to announce every libspf
release to SPF-DISCUSS, however 0.19 is the first version of libspf that
has enough functionality to actually be used in an MTA or in your third
party mail client / application. At the very least for testing.
