When I bounced this message to myself twice (to mengwong the first time
and mengwong+foo the second time), mutt appended Resent-* headers.
Resent-From: mengwong(_at_)dumbo(_dot_)pobox(_dot_)com

Resent-To: mengwong(_at_)dumbo(_dot_)pobox(_dot_)com

Resent-Date: Fri, 6 Feb 2004 21:20:50 -0500
Resent-To: mengwong+foo(_at_)dumbo(_dot_)pobox(_dot_)com
The algorithm has to accommodate Resent headers that are appended by
MUAs and that are prepended by forwarding MTAs.
What a mess.
