to rev the version number due to the Margaret Olson
objection.
so, instead of v=spf1 (which was intended to apply to the
mail-from) we may have v=marid1 (which may apply to the
PRA/SUBMITTER address).

the reason for the change is because some purists feel that
a site's mail-from scenario may be different from its PRA
scenario, so it's important to let them make that
distinction.
