I strongly disagree with the assessment that the Jig Is Up.  It
appears to me that the co-chairs are going to push through the PRA and
use the "mailfrom" scope as a fig leaf.

Note where they say:

    This work plan does not include scopes outside of "mail from" and
    "pra", and it is our opinion that no new work items of this type
    should be considered until MARID has successfully produced a first
    specification.
