Having to tell your employer about felonies you've committed is the same
thing. If I send spam, I want to be held accountable. I want the degree of
accountability such that I won't ever be able to send email ever again. At
least, any email I do send should come with a yellow warning sign and a
flashing notice: "JONATHAN GARDNER SENT THIS MAIL AND HE IS A KNOWN
SPAMMER."

I understand why you can't publish for PASS yet. I still encourage you to
work with your email service provider to get the problem fixed. I have
already said that I agree that it is premature to drop SPF NEUTRAL.
However. that is the choice of the receiver, not the sender, and certainly
not anyone else. They can go ahead and stop receiving email from everyone
but their friends. They can stop accepting email altogether. That is their
choice. It's their loss if they can't get your mail. It's your loss too,
but it mostly affects your relationship with them, not with others.
